but it has also changed my life in ways I never expected.
Touring with I’m Too Fat for This Show allowed me to remove shame around my issues, which then led me to a sense of self worth for the first time in my memory.
From there, I developed the tools to rewire my brain away from the lies we are fed so young about body standards, fatphobia, and diet culture.

Today, I’M TOO FAT FOR THIS SHOW is an internationally-travelled show, and I am an author, speaker and body positive activist, in addition to an award-winning playwright and actor.
More impressive to me, however, is the fact that I can authentically say that I feel at home in my own body for the first time in living memory.
