Greetings! I'm Kate, and I've spent two decades focusing in on a student's specific way of learning to build up their skills and confidence when facing standardized tests.

For nearly a decade, I worked at the most renowned (and the most expensive) tutoring company in the greater LA area. For the decade and change prior to that, I worked for a number of tutoring and test prep companies where I gained years of experience, training, and personal connections with students.

These companies charged parents astronomical prices for my services, and I am so pleased to now be offering these same exact services for a fraction of the price.

I’ve taught virtual sessions for years, which allowed me to switch to full virtual session during the pandemic with no damage done to the effectiveness of these sessions. Because of this, my services are available to anyone in the world.

In-person sessions are still available depending on location and agreed upon Covid precautions.

You may have noticed the navigation at the top of this page, where you’ll see that I’m also an actor, a writer, and a body acceptance coach. I keep all these professions within one website in order to give the full picture of who I am and how I can be of utmost service to my students and clients.

My years of acting experience and comedy have allowed me to perfect communication, which is why I am uniquely suited to try many different ways of instructing to find the one that resonates best for each student.

My coaching allows me to deepen my empathy day in and day out, which also builds a skill that lends itself to tutoring (and vice versa).

While they may seem like wildly different professions, they all work in tandem to help me excel at each of them.
